   We went for New Year holidays. It was great. We booked the basic room with kitchen which was quite small and we were able to hear nearby rooms sound, people walking in the corridor and some times while walking kids just knock the door and run. People were smoking on the corridor but other than that room was good, had kitchen, some basic utensils, heating was great we didn't even feel cold even in minus . Fireworks was a great show and the timing was perfect as small kids will also be awake. The kids activities were great we did t-shirt painting, pottery, football, archery, laser tag, VR. Then we went for few shows Peppa pig, snow white, skyline, illusion, dinosaur, bears. Then the arcade at the evening. Adults were enjoying bowling and pool. The whole family enjoyed the splash which was great they had slides for every kids. We went on morning and also in the night. It was great to be there. Thank you for giving us a memorable stay.

   My daughter her two children and I went and had a lovely time. We booked a a disabled bungalow with parking very close to all the amusements so very easy for me( I have a problem walking ) . While we were there the electric tripped. 2 security men came out in 10 mins ,fixed it and refused a tip saying " It's our pleasure to help you " how nice was that. Very pleased with our holiday and will be booking again

   Overall a disappointing experience. The breakfast provision was extremely limited, with the majority of options centred around pork and very little consideration given to guests who do not consume it. The food itself was served cold, of poor quality, and not representative of an acceptable standard for the price charged. Customer service was generally unsatisfactory. While there were a small number of staff members who were polite, friendly, and welcoming, this was unfortunately not consistent across the resort. The entertainment offering appeared to be almost exclusively targeted at young children. Events such as “dancing with dinosaurs” scheduled as late as 22:00 seem inappropriate, as one would reasonably expect children to be asleep at that hour. There was very limited evening entertainment aimed at adults. The arcade facilities provided only short-lived enjoyment. While they may be entertaining for approximately an hour, extended use quickly becomes disproportionately expensive and poor value for money. In summary, the experience did not meet expectations and does not justify the overall cost.

   Nice large park, plenty to do and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Tried chopstix, which was very nice. Didn't opt for the food plan, but did try the buffet breakfast just the once, which was priced at £11.50 for adults (not sure on children's pricing). All you can eat buffet was alright, wouldn't go out of my way to have it again. Bacon was cooked beautifully but was very dry. The sausages and black pudding were quite tough. The rest of it was very nice. Various other breakfast options, cereals, fruits and yogurt also available. The coffees are done by machine, although the latte's were 2/3 of a cup, don't think there was any milk added, so used the breakfast milk instead which made the latte cold. Not sure if it was the local water or the kettle in the apartment, but own made coffee tasted bitty and there was a white film on the water surface after every boil. Best coffee to be had was at Costa. Entertainment was good and very engaging. Would visit again.

   What a weekend! I don't normally leave reviews but I have honestly had such an amazing experience that it needs mentioning. Originally I was booking for 36 people. There was cancellation, room upgrades, brunches , spas and dining. They have been so patient and helpful with all the changes, incredibly understanding and kind on the phone. Booking and checking in, all staff were impeccable. The actual experience of being there , I have never danced and laughed so much in my life! You couldn't go hungry if you tried and all the food was so good! The rest of the crowd were all such a good bunch , everyone was just there to have a good old boogie. The atmosphere was amazing! Freddie Mercury at the bingo was hilarious and I would come back for him if nothing else. Thank you Everything was spot on ! Absolutely no complaints. Thank you for a wicked weekend !

   Went for a Soul weekender which are always great fun. The Silver room accommodation wasn't up to standard because the door handle came off in the bathroom. However, the room was warm, clean and comfortable. No towels available which panicked me slightly, but thankfully there were towels available on hire. Great buffet breakfast with full English and continental. Reasonable drink prices.

   Adult only weekends are awesome, great entertainment and a variety of shows. Lots of activities available on site during the day like bars, bowling, swimming, arcades etc. Various food outlets and a convenience store on site. Staff on site friendly and helpful. Rooms in the chalets however are very basic and outdated and not very clean. Food in The Deck pretty decent. Located right on the beach and a short walking distance from town. Overall worth the prices and will be returning.

   We paid for a sea side apartment it was not cheap, in fact we thought we paid for one of the more expensive accommodations. When we arrived the staff were friendly enough which was a nice start. When we eventually found our apartment, it was pretty shabby. We was not expecting the Ritz or anything close, but we were hoping it was hygienic and clean. There was no baking trays so when we bought pizza and ribs for dinner we found it tricky to cook. The apartment just needed a deep clean, it was clean on the surface but just don't look too closely it will make you feel a little uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy and sleep was not sweet. To their credit, they had someone come and clean during our visit and refresh the towels. The swimming pool was fun and the kids really enjoyed the slides, the changing rooms... Sorry again don't look too closely. I am not a clean freak, but do like things hygienic. Overall the staff were friendly and happy to help. Final words would be, a friendly place to stay but they really need a overhaul with their apartments, we will be going back to Haven next year.

   I had a wonderful time here with my family! I would definitely recommend it. However, it is very pricey. I enjoyed most of my time at Splash Water world and I had an amazing time watching them perform Ariel the musical. Very entertaining and funny for the whole family. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!
