    Evri have taken over hermes and ever since the service has been shocking, the drivers do t bother to deliver parcels and find it easier to just drop a note saying they tried. And you can't get hold of evri on the phone because the voice system on the phone is so outdated it doesn't understand anyone Would not recommend
