Parcel picked up a day late and never seen again I was sending a wheelchair I bought off eBay back it was to big. I need a wheelchair for every day movement I could not afford to loose my money and my old chair is on its last legs

I can't catch a break email saying my parcel is ready to collect I go there nothings there, I go the next day early morning nothing is there it says my parcel has been collected the I post lockers are also confusing if the driver have problems with login I have to wait and extra day for them to reddeliver your things. I'm actually playing cat and mouse at this moment I paid for express delivery and I'm wasting my time at work worry about my package. And there's never a good number to call anyone directly so don't waste your time. Next I will just collect my things at the place. My self.
Awful service. They said they would deliver within a 2 hour window 5.30-7.30pm. I arrange to work from home and then they turn up 3 hours early without warning. So I've missed the second attempt. 3 strikes I'm out and they send my stuff back. Trying to contact them is be a nightmare!!! Avoid at all costs.
Nothing turned on had to wait for them to sort machine out
