   Very uncomfortable experience. I was greeted by a (very nice) lady but she needed the mans help with my query. He ignored me although he answered a phone call whilst smoking a shisha - which I believe has the same smoking laws as cigarettes. Without looking up he told me abruptly the equipment wasn't working and the communication ended there, no offer when I might use their service. I won't be returning.

   Excellent service. Fee was informed upfront, relevant forms given to fill in the details and when the man entered on PC requested me to countercheck. Informed me clearly the timescale of delivery. My recepient abroad also got a message soon after about the date of delivery which was soon after I posted. Would use again.

   Unfortunately, the website says open until 7pm, and when I arrived at 6.30pm to collect a parcel, the shop was shut. The person next door called the owner and I was told they close usually at 5.30pm

   The opening hours are never right !!! I've been there at 6.21pm (Sunday 18.02) and as usual the shop is close. Sometimes the shop cloess even earlier, around or before 5pm. Parcels are always scattered - often you have to look for it by yourself. Almost no one speaks English there and the male part of the staff behaves strangely. This place is so weird.

   Please can you update your time to reflect actual opening times. If they are accurate, it's a bit unprofessional to have shutters down an hour before closing time.

   Excellent service the man is very friendly and helpful, I needed alot of help to dispatch an urgent very expensive parcel and this man did his best to help me. Thanks to this company my customers have been very happy and satisfied with the quick delivery service that this company does with different courier services. Also the coffee here is very cheap to buy and nice, I will always use this place when I need next day delivery with expensive orders. Also this place is very secure with cctv.
