   One of their careless drivers destroyed my car whilst it was parked at my work. He has written it off, and left me in total financial distress because I cannot replace it with a like for like car thanks to my thieving insurers. The icing on the cake.. THIS company are refusing to make an admission of liability so I can claim back my excess even though the whole thing IS ON CCTV.

   I would never use this delivery service, can’t imagine how much goods get damaged due to absolute dangerous driving YE72DCZ tried to run me off the road “on purpose “ on the A164 . Dangerous Drivers!!!!!

   Worked for James twice now. Can't ask for much more from an employer, gives you your job and pays you on time. I worked on long distance work vans always safe highly maintained and if you reported a issue it was checked in a workshop. I drove to France everything planned out for you. Great company, great vans, great guys

   I wish there was the option to leave no stars. My order didn't arrive within the estimated 2 hour slot and we had to leave to do deliveries. Recieved a msg half hour after end of allocated time saying attempted delivery. I rang the number which had been sent to me in the msg no answer so I left my number postcode etc. I rang again a little later still answer machine so left details again plus 2 emails. This morning I rang again twice and left 2 messages. I found another number rang that guess what answer machine but it did leave a mobile number . I rang the mobile number and they put the phone down on me twice . Rang the number again and someone answered . Well she was an absolute delight. Spoke over me had to ask her to let me finish. I tried to explain that we are not at delivery address all the time as we do have deliveries. I asked why the driver couldn't let me know if he was running late and I could have sorted something. Her reply they cant . She also said that I was delaying orders been loaded because she was dealing with me on the phone. No apologies nothing. I now have to wait for another estimated slot but I wont be able to let anyone know if the time is inconvenient because we wont be able to get hold of anyone.

   Terrible service and rude to customers. Need closing down. This company is a sub-contractor for xdp express. I have had problems with every delivery they have done. Items are going missing on most consignments and they left a £550 order out in the rain without informing my customer causing distress. Had another item left outside today to the value of £120 which is now missing. Every consignment is marked as do not leave safe / signature required. Your making my business look unprofessional and have effected nearly a £1000 of orders. I will be reporting you to the main office and taking matters further against yourselves. Laura who works in your office sides with your appalling drivers and blames the customers. I have attached numerous statements as evidence from the customers you have upset and treated appallingly to show that this review is true and how this company operates.
