Twice iv taken a parcel here both times machine not excepted , only to have no problem at the drop off on spring bank west
Not a DHL Parcel Point as claimed, very abrupt service and claimed unable to scan the label oh my phone. Also told me I needed to print the label myself contrary to what it says on the DHL website. Not fit for purpose, if I could print the label myself I wouldn't need to take it into a shop in the first place.
