Visited to try and track down a missing package. Clerk was polite and had a good look. No package but not her fault, better to stay calm.
Rude unhelpful staff, telling me I should of rebooked the delivery via the website, well I would have if my address was listed on their website, gormless
Extremely unhelpful woman refused to give me my parcel without the red slip. I had the email from Royal Mail and online it says this is acceptable in place of the red slip. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the opening times weren’t so unhelpful also.
useless! a combination of strikes and them losing my parcel means i've been trying to pick the same parcel up for two weeks now. I wouldn't mind so much but we were actually in when they supposedly tried to deliver it!
Royal Mail customer service is an absolute Joke. I checked my tracking number - delivery due today between 9.47 and 12.47 - Cool i'll make sure im in. Go to walk the dog at 8.30. Get back at 9.15. What do I find? Royal mail slip, attempted delivery at 09.06. Item back to delivery office. Cant collect same day, tomorrow is Sunday, I'm back at work Monday?? Impossible to contact the delivery office through royal mails pathetic national phone number. After a 30 min wait to get in touch with general customer service over the phone, basically being told its tough. They didnt even attempt to rectify issue or sort it being delivered again today or me to be able to collect same day. It really is pathetic how customer service has gone these days.
Ring and ring and ring and ring hours and hours on end flatly refuse to answer. Going to make an official complaint to Royal Mail about this branch doubt it will actually be listed to
The only job of the collection office is to give people their parcels and post that they missed. You'd think you were asking for the moon on a stick! Staff often appear sullen and clearly don't want to be there. There's always a massive queue no matter what time I go and they're also not open on a Wednesday at all - why? There are so many scruffy bits of paper stuck on the door outside explaining every stipulation, code of conduct and Covid-related rule that I'm thoroughly bamboozled before I even enter. Never a pleasant experience, it makes me want to stay at home at all times so I never again miss the post!
