   In my experience, there have been multiple inconsistencies regarding policy terms and coverage explanations. The level of transparency did not meet reasonable expectations. While I cannot definitively state that the company operates in bad faith, the overall experience has left me questioning their reliability. I encourage others to thoroughly research before entering into any agreement with them.

   Initially tried a quote for my daughter online they said they would call as couldnt give quote They then bomarded me with calls in one of them i answered and said please call back a bit later he said i will say “ i will see what i can do “ and hung up. Then git a call today answered it and again very rude behaviour no please thank you they couldnt quote me but customer service non existant

   Confirmed quote online of £290 through Quidco.. checked on the day: the cheapest on the comparison site. No option to pay online so had to call Connect Insurance directly to 'confirm details'. No change in my details to be told my quote was now over £1100! Something feels very off about this. Will not be using this company. They should not advertise these prices if they do not honour them. I got my insurance elsewhere for less than their original quote from my current insurer on the same day.

   I had a good experience with Connect Insurance for Courier van insurance including public liability, employer's liability and recovery service etc. I got comparatively cheaper one when compared with other online quotes and calls over phone. Initially they gave a quote and the following day they called and adjusted the figures as there was some errors in interest calculation for the whole year. anyway cheapest and I think its better.2

   I have used connect and rate them highly only down side had to send documents through WhatsApp 3 times over 6 week. To get a 7 day warning for the documents was quite alarming even though WhatsApp showed as documents read. There is a disconnect there, that needs looking at. I will continue to use them it's been more than 10 years.

   So I’ve been with them for quite a few years, never had a problem, staff always friendly and very helpful, for my minibus insurance social use only, I have lots of children, school runs so on so forth, yet the price for the insurance doubled, I will never again use this company
