She is forensically knowledgeable, goes the extra mile but more importantly is actually one of the loveliest caring people I have ever met. This woman is a diamond. The Company lucky to have her!!
Spoke a number of times with Chris regarding a home buildings and contents quote. He undertook to provide a quote before our renewal date but didn’t. The renewal date has now past with insurance placed elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Excellent service. I had a slight change of circumstances which was explored efficiently and ended up with a modest change to policy and cost. I also wanted to explore and price up two different scenarios, which was again handled with care and efficiency. Many thanks to Jacqui and colleagues for a cracking service. Highly recommended.
Company is generally helpful but the last quote that they got for me was very expensive; I got much cheaper cover with a very reputable company (LV=) myself so I have now gone direct to them. Also, I consider that County Groups service charge ('document charge') of £50 on that quote of a few hundred £ was extortionate. I think they will lose a lot of customers if they continue with such an expensive service charge.
I recently renewed my home insurance with The County Group. The customer service was excellent, big thanks to Georgina who got me a really competitive quote with some additional levels of cover. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend County.
