   Me and my wife tried to arrange financial advice on our pension planning in 2021 through Zen Financial. We exchanged a number of e-mails with Mike and provided a lot of detailed information but our calls were on two occasions cancelled at the last minute. We waited patiently for a reply to re-arrange but never heard back. A fairly frustrating experience, if an IFA doesn't want to or can't take us on as paid clients I'd rather that just tell us so we can seek advice elsewhere than mess us around in this way. We definitely didn't receive any further response after my last e-mail on 14th Oct despite the response to the contrary. We've now elected to go in a different direction for our financial advice needs as we don't have the trust in Zen Financial Ltd.
