Finding a company with proven performance and importantly that you can work with was at forefront of my mind. Highly efficient and very professional with their financial processes yet very personable in their interactions with clients. The process was absolutely seamless and Nick's knowledge in the field was outstanding, I was thoroughly impressed! I honestly have been kicking myself for not doing it sooner because Nick showed me all of the benefits of paying in the pot as soon as possible. What's more is that I found it extremely interesting too and you really can tell that Fidenti put their clients interests first, looking for the absolute best I can possibly get for my risk attitude.    We cannot recommend Nick and the Fidenti Wealth team highly enough. We took out a protection policy (mortgage, life and critical illness cover) over 10 years ago and we knew we needed to review it to make sure it was fit for purpose, since we had got married and had two children since the original policy but like everything we put it off, we didn't really know where to start and certainly didn't have time to starting trying to contact the correct department of a bank either on the phone or in person. Contacting Fidenti Wealth, based locally in Sandbach, was the best decision we made. Nick could not do enough for us, it is simply the best customer service we have experienced and everything was explained to us in simple terms and jargon free. This was a massive thing for us as there is so much terminology within the market that makes it all incredible confusing - there were no silly questions. We explained our position and budget and Nick was able to tailor a solution to meet our needs and requirements. Nick was able to source the best solutions within the market rather than us having to approach individual companies and then try to compare their offers and protection. I write this review knowing that should anything go wrong, we have the necessary protection in place for our family. It is certainly one of those jobs that I wish I had spoken to Nick and his team about earlier as it is clear that I previously had a protection policy that was not fit for purpose and now have peace of mind that it is sorted and thanks to Nick and his team it was so simple and pain free. If you are looking for any advice on mortgage, life or critical illness protection, I would definitely recommend you speak with Nick and his team. I will now not be going anywhere else.
