   A few years before retirement I realised that I would have various options regarding pensions and investments and that I needed advice. My wife and I were already thinking about looking into using an independent financial adviser so when we received a letter in the post from New Vision advertising their services we decided to contact them straightaway to find out more. In meeting the New Vision team for the first time we found them to be obliging, efficient and extremely knowledgeable and we have worked with them ever since. The service provided by New Vision has been excellent. They have helped us restructure our previously rather messy financial portfolio into a much more sensible, consistent structure and we now feel very happy with the future of our finances. What I especially like about New Vision is the fact that they are small enough to provide a personal service but large enough to retain an invaluable vastness of expertise. The staff treat you as an individual and take the time to remember your name and get to know who you are, rather than treating you as just another number, which you often get with the larger firms. I have been extremely happy working with New Vision and I hope to maintain this relationship over the years to come. On several occasions I have recommended their services to my friends. Carol has looked after my best interest well. I am happy that within the risk profile that I am comfortable with, the outcome has been as good as it could have been.

   After getting out of the renting rat race I was looking for a less demanding form of investment. Carol studied all of our investments and pensions and consolidated them. She didn't take two of them as it would not have been beneficial to us. Obviously there have been some downs as well as ups, but we now know that selling our rental properties and investing with Carol was an extremely wise move. We have been very satisfied with Carol and her team and short of washing our car when we visited, I'm struggling to think how they could have improved their service.
