I have just been told that there’s only eight companies that sell the policy that I need. Antilo won’t answer calls. Not professional. What would happen if I would buy the policy and then regret it. Be careful and do ur home work be using them. Thanks
Never ever again In my life they left a claim open and over the years no one could work out what it was ending up my premiums with other companies being high I lost around 700 pound before I worked this out what a joke stay clear

After 3 years of no claim bonus the cost of my insurance gone up! No Accedent No claim, but prices gone up (:—|)—
Worst experience ever. A car crashed into my car and drove off. luckily had my neighbor video evidence plus 2 eye witnesses. and it still taken them 18 months to solve the case. on top of that they were more concerned about receiving their courtesy car cost than my loses. I used insure taxi to insure which in turn used Antilo. I spent many hours of my time finding out what is going on. many times their stories changed. to make matter worst Insure taxi and Antilo did not communicate with each other which meant i was having to call insure taxi, Antilo and Antilo solicitors separately to get the info that i needed. Too much stress....
Even 0 star is extra for Antilo insurance. When you paid them they are available any time smiling, when you need them you can’t find them and don’t answer the phone. No Costomer service and no paid for windows damaged but they charge you for covering. Not recommended for any person this company special driver.
If I could give this company a zero star I would ...they are the worst insurance company guys ...please do not go with them after 2 years and I still have not had my pay cut... The accident was not our fault. The company has no communication among them self. Staff not helpful always coming up with different things. Proximo is one of their partners please stay away from them as well. A bludy nightmare. !!!! I do not wish my 2 year disgusting experience on anyone !! Stay away from Antilo. Zero customer service..Zero support .. Zero help. Always finding excuses Thanks u !
