I had a problem with my car insurance - a very minor bump settled by the two parties with NO claim being made to either insurance company was logged as a 'Claim -no fault' in my case, but I object strongly to a non-claim being logged as such. As you have to report any accident, I duly did so, then found that most companies do this - and my insurance went literally through the roof. However, although it was still expensive, Hedon Insurance did a fantastic job! Still nearly four times what I had been paying, but all the hassle was taken out and the policy produced very quickly. And the staff are very helpful and accommodating - and there always seems to be somebody there to help! Excellent.
