   I contacted Pensionlite initially because I wished to take out a Purchased Annuity, hence needing a Financial Adviser for the process, rather than necessarily desiring one. I was immediately struck by the fact that my contacts at Pensionlite seemed genuinely interested in offering advice despite the fact that this was likely to be a one off financial transaction. Anna in Client Support was extremely efficient and handed me on to Josh, who guided us through the procedure admirably, showing in depth knowledge of a wide range of alternative financial avenues. After detailed communication discussing pros and cons, in which he showed an intuitive understanding of our needs, we reached a final decision which I am absolutely certain is the right one. Throughout, the issues were highlighted in a clear and concise way, and timely updates were provided exactly as needed. I have no hesitation whatsoever in warmly recommending Josh and his team. Despite the fact that my particular requirement is now met, if I need further financial advice in the future, I will definitely ask Josh for guidance.

   The service has always been very, good with easy to reach reports and information on your pension fund. A pension fund manager is available for more information & advice should this be required, before making any changes to the pension funds. The review periods are well placed, with the reminder making sure that you make the time to check things over on what is a very important investment pension fund.

   I have used Pensionlite to transfer my existing pension and at all times I am convinced they have had my best interests at heart. Their diligence in assessing the best time to move saved me a considerable amount of money. They kept me informed by email/telephone at all times and someone was always available to talk to, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family.

   i switched my pension to pensionlite years ago after it was just stagnating where it was. I have found them to be excellent all round in the service they offer and the ongoing management of my pension has allowed it to grow significantly. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is seeking advice or wants to have their pension actively managed. Communication with them is easy and i have found them to be a very professional company to deal with.

   I moved my existing pensions to a Pensionlite several years ago. The initial transfer service was easy, with no pushy sales pressure involved. Pensionlite provided all the information I needed to make my own, informed, decision. They regularly review my plans, which I can also access online, to recommend any changes. At other times they never pester me or try to sell me anything, but I know that if i require further advice, they are only a phone call away. As I approach retirement this is very comforting.

   I transferred a pension which had been stagnating for a considerable time to Pensionlite in 2012 and with their help and guidance have achieved a 40% growth on same, quite a remarkable achievement as I have not contributed any further payments myself to the fund. Within the company I have found anyone I have had dealings to be both knowledgeable and helpful especially Alex who looks after my account.    Friendly, helpful and efficient service - I'm confident my pension pot is in safe hands. I really like the fact that communication with my advisor is via telephone conversations, email or by logging on to view my portfolio online. As important as I know my pension provision is (I'm in my mid-fifties so time is running out...) I used to find it really difficult to find the time during the working week to visit my former adviser - so Pensionlite have really helped in this respect. I also appreciate the level of communication regarding my portfolio - and am reassured that my preferences and long-term goals are regularly reviewed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lorna or her colleagues if you are looking for a pension EXPERT - I consider myself relatively intelligent but pension legislation is a minefield and so I love the fact that someone constantly has my best interest at heart.
