   We are a small company that manufactures complex forensic instrumentation and our insurance requirements sit outside of the normal range of commercially available products. It is always a challenging and protracted task to source and secure our policies. We discussed our insurance with Richard at Hi Commercial and his personal style was one of politeness embodied by efficiency and open-mindedness. Richard interviewed me at length and he clearly knows both what to search out from prospective customers and the products he has available to offer. Richard came back to us within 24 hours with a policy option offered by a reputable insurer that met exactly with the specification we required. The service and policy offered was perfect and we instructed Hi Commercial to take out the policy for us immediately. The bespoke nature of our business means that the right standard of insurance has never been easy to find and it was a refreshing change to sort things out so easily and quickly. I attribute this outcome directly to the professionalism and market knowledge held by Richard and importantly for me, our communications were underpinned by a personal service rather than one which is outwardly menu driven. Would we use Hi Commercial again? It would be more appropriate to ask why we would not!    I cannot recommend Luke and the team at HI Commercial highly enough. We insured our property portfolio through HI. Then suddenly, mid policy, the insurer served notice of cancellation in 7 days! Luke was immediately on the task, informed me before I got the official letter from the insurer, and spent hours researching the market. He presented me with 4 different options, explaining the advantages / disadvantages of each in terms of cover and cost. I felt in control of the process because of the quality of information and guidance provided. You don't get that on comparison websites.
