   This company shouldnt even be trading ive spent 3 month een trying to get in contact with someone to change my new car over and my address, 8 phone calls saying someone will call me back and its marked as 'urgent' no one ever rings back also emailed 3 times in the end i rang and told them ive let the last payment go out then cancelled my direct debit as i no longer have the car and took a new policy out with someone else. Avoid!

   ⭐ Negative Review I have tried to cancel my policy with this company several times and the experience has been terrible. They answer the phone quickly, but every single time I’m told the same thing: “someone will call you back, we’re very busy.” No one ever calls back. I’ve phoned multiple times and always get the exact same response — but still no callback. I’ve also emailed them several times and have received no reply at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If a company can sell a policy instantly but makes it impossible to cancel, that’s a major red flag. I would strongly warn others based on my experience.

   Worst insurance company ever, no way to get hold of them, no one answers e-mails or phone calls, avoid at all cost ( former Customer) I'm trying for a month to get hold of them to cancel a direct debit... who knows what would have happened if i needed to file a claim... AVOID!!!

   Trying to get hold of these people is pretty much impossible. Will pass you around from person to person then they say will call you back but never do absolute joke of a company.

   Tried contacting by telephone to let them know I have changed my vehicle, line just cuts off and no email address so currently driving round with no GAP cover. Not very good. Is it. Looking elsewhere
