   My adopted father took out holiday insurance and was taken into hospital with what ended up being leukemia in Spain. 6 months later Barry Fentons continually refuses to pay out the £800 for the hospital stay and demands 5 years of medical history in an effort to deny payout because they say he 'knew' he had leukemia. Avoid unless you want to be scammed out of money and never receive payment for necessary hospital visits. Do not trust.

   I have used this company for over 30 years. They might as well shut shop . The service is abysmal, The attitude of two of the members of staff is appalling . They are constantly confused ( my paper insurance policy arrived .3 months after I had paid …. I had to remind them. Yesterday I was very insulted and almost accused of telling untruths about previous excellent service I had received. Totally offensive. I’m never going back Denise Blanchard
