I’ve worked in financial services for years and seen plenty of advisers get quotes, compare options, and tick boxes. But I have never seen anyone go into this level of depth before. This wasn’t just a product review, it was full-blown forensic insight. The value she delivered went way beyond what most would even consider and frankly, way beyond what she was paid for. Yes, she had to jump through ridiculous compliance hoops (many of which claim to protect the consumer but forget the actual experience) but she did it all with professionalism, clarity, and care.
