   We worked with Mark Thurman to secure a mortgage offer as first time buyers. He was recommended to us by a friend who was also a first time buyer and had said that he made the process extremely easy. Mark took all of the stress out of applying for a mortgage and solved every issue that came up with our application. Ours was slightly complicated as my wife does not have settled status, and I do not have my work contract yet. However this was not a problem for Mark and it all felt like smooth sailing on our end. Even when our future home got downvalued, this was no problem for Mark and he had a new offer for us within a day or so, with the monthly payment actually working out cheaper! Mark went beyond what we expected and helped us make a longer term mortgage plan and explained offset accounts and remortgaging to us in very clear ways- things we had no clue about before! Millenium Mortgages are very reasonably priced and absolutely worth it to take the stress and confusion out of getting a mortgage. As a first time buyer would recommend to anyone who finds the process of getting a mortgage intimidating or confusing as you can trust Mark to handle it whilst keeping you in the loop at every stage and giving you plenty of choices
