   I visited this shopping during the closing down sale. May I say what a fabulous team you have. I cannot speak highly enough of how polite, courteous and hospitable the staff were to assist me on my visit to your shop. Well deserved retirement, it will be absolutely sad for all your customer when you hang up your horology, jewellery expertise. Ability thank you.

   I recently took my Tissott watch for repair of the clasp to The Watch and Clock Shop in MK and was quoted £150 for change of the bracelet, which didn't seem right. Called John Bull and spoke with Keith (I think) he was very honest and upfront advising there were huge delays in repair returns from Tissot. I was not bothered with this as not in a rush and explained my issue. Keith advised, if it is only the clasp the issue, then providing he could get part will fit it in the shop. He asked me to pop in with it to have a look at and check part availability. He mentioned if not in to explain I had spoken with him as John Bull were not taking any more repairs. I did this and saw his female colleague, who was able to quickly look and establish they could get the part and as Keith had offered to do this she was happy to agree to taking my watch in (ID. D85432). I was then pleasantly surprised at hearing the cost of part and repair being £54.65! Don't know why I didn't come to John Bull first. I have used and brought watches and jewellery here in past but as I work in MK had not been in for sometime. SUCH a shame to learn its now closing. Just wanted to put on record the great personal service I received from great skilled and knowledgeable personnel. You will sadly be missed from Bedford. Thank you.

   Bought a nice Tissot watch from these guys in 2019 and couldn't have asked for a more thorough personal service whilst doing so. Today I popped in to ask if they could change a battery on my everyday Tissot and they obliged without question and provided their services free of charge. If only all people, shops and services could be as unquestionably helpful!!! Will be returning to them soon. First class and thank you.

   I noticed a watch that they were selling but was unable to obtain all the information I required over the internet so I telephoned and spoke with Michelle who was able to answer my questions there and then. I paid for the watch on the 21st and rep'd it on the 23rd. Fabulous customer service and I am delighted with my purchase. I won't hesitate to use this Company in future.

   I purchased a watch from these guys and, as I couldn't get to the store they shipped it to me. It arrived the next day in perfect condition and exactly as I expected.    Great customer service on the phone and in-store. I called for a replacement strap for an Omega, really helpful over the phone and had all I needed in a few days. I called to collect and was met by a friendly chap and really nicely presented store. Happy to recommend.
