We used Totan Jewellers to get my partner’s 1920s engagement ring re-sized, and a claw replaced. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and clearly explained a few options to us and checked when we needed it back. The results were fantastic, and the ring looks fantastic now. Highly recommended.
I had a lovely diamond ring but didn’t like the mount . It was old fashioned and gold and I wanted a more modern ring with a platinum band . They completely transformed my ring , it is beautiful and I’m so in love with it . The price was reasonable and they got my ring back to me in super quick time . Just as I remember, everyone is so helpful and the efficiency and craftsmanship is unmatched. All of my expectations were surpassed in every way. I came in today to have my wedding band resized, within hours I was able to collect, it’s a perfect fit and I cannot wait to wear it for years to come! I got engaged on New Year with a beautiful ring which was my nans old engagement ring which she has had for many years. The ring was too small and needed resizing. Totan Jewellers was amazing! Customer service was great. My ring has had a new band on, and the price wasn’t any issues as the ring is very sentimental. The ring was cleaned as part of the service and after 3 weeks of waiting for the repair to be done, I now have my gorgeous engagement ring! Thankyou so much! Would 100% recommended and will always be using this shop going forward.

My family and I have used Totan Jewellers for over 20 years and Dad always used them to purchase quality, special occasion gifts for my Mum. After the very sudden and unexpected passing away of my Dad, my Sisters and I wanted a "special" memory piece creating and making from some pieces of my Dads existing jewellery. Totan and his staff were amazing, obviously we were all very emotional but the level of care and understanding was heart warming. Totan helped us to design a matching piece for all 3 of us, contacted us via facetime at every stage to ensure we were happy with what was being created for us- nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The end result is stunning and we are all so pleased to have our beautiful rings - we cannot thank Totan enough. We were searching for an emerald ring for my wife and couldn't find one we liked within our budget. I contacted Totan via WhatsApp and told him our requirements. Totan offered several items from stock but we didn't fancy any of them. Totan sent us several computer generated renderings of bespoke rings he could make for us. We chose a design then Totan offered us a range of emeralds in our price range. The ring arrived by post three weeks after we ordered it. Now that's a very good service for bespoke jewellery. Just picked up my vintage watch from Totan Jewellers. They’re my first call for any watch repairs - even when the manufacturer has been unable to carry out the required work, this gentleman, with years of experience, has on every occasion been able to successfully complete a repair. Great expertise and always friendly and helpful. Comes highly recommended.
Very helpful, I popped in today to have a look and to ask if they might be able to make my engagement ring round again. explained I was getting married in 2 weeks and the lovely gentleman fixed it there and then at no cost! My mum also took a broch to be repaired there a few weeks ago and he did a brilliant job on that as well. Really great service. Would highly recommend!
