   No trust this guy. Ask for receipt , not giving it. The grams of gold aren't at him aren't real grams. I suggest to you to weight your stuff before to go there to not get scammed. He make the price after your face . Not recommend it at all so Becarefully when you buy stuff from this guy

   They are very bad people, their prices are expensive, and their gold is of very poor quality. Their customer service is extremely poor, especially the man with the white hair. I strongly advise not to buy from them

   Been into Adams on & off over the past few years and found them to be fine, pretty helpful & patient when browsing. Often it's busy so may have to wait a while but with these prices it's worth it. Seem like fair price to buy & sell and I would continue to be happy to do both. If you are happy to buy second hand then you can't beat Adams. Personally, they were also helpful when I returned something, which if I am honest didn't think they would be.

   Bought a 37g chaps chain bracelet 8” The shop is good if you understand the gold Trade and understand how to negotiate. I paid a fair £22 pg on my chain after negotiation and the guys in store were very friendly and they’ve gained a new customer. If you want to buy or sell gold you need to understand that negotiation is part of it and that gold prices also change frequently so you might get a price one day and it’ll be different on the next. From what I’ve seen on the Google reviews it’s unfair to their shop and the integrity of the business - in my opinion.

   Took some scrap in offered me £250 then said what were you expecting when I told him the scrap prices then offers me £350 big difference so I walked off rogue!

   Well went in a few weeks ago he othererd me alot for a ring so toke it back in today he otherd me 10 to 15 pound clearly riping me off for a ring thats 215 in store what a complete joke
