Absolutely amazing! The staff in the Milton keynes store were out of this world, my son he is autistic and has sensory issues came to have his ear pierced, the lady that did it was amazing, she talked him through everything she was going to do step by step making sure he knew what was going on, and the aftercare when my son passed out was brilliant, straight away they were there next to me to help and make sure he was ok! 10/10 customer service without a doubt, thank you again to your staff!
