   I came across HCJewellers while searching for a pendant and ear drops that I had seen in a high street Jewellers. Apart from the competitive price I cannot emphasise how happy I was with the ordering process, communication and timely delivery from HC Jewellers. My order was nicely packed with a little personal thankyou. Whilst not buying a lot of jewerly I would certainly buy again from HC Jewellers and wish them much success with the family business.

   Avoid this jewellers the gold price quoted is terrible low. I have been quoted prices far higher by other jewellers you will only get half the gold price.

   Really big thank you to Aaron for his absolutely fantastic service. After enquiring about a pre-owned watch, Aaron was really great in sending over close up pictures and further information about the box, papers and condition of the watch I wanted to buy. He followed up by phone when he saw I had purchased and my surname didn’t quite match with my husbands with whom he had been speaking with, showing great care and concern that my husband might have missed out on the purchase, we thought it was very considerate. Being Easter, Aaron made sure it would be delivered to us before the shop closure dates and I am beyond thrilled with my watch. It was a really great price and the condition is immaculate.    Took in some jewellery to have valued. Initially greeted by Kerry front of house who called Aaron to do the valuation .He was very knowledgeable and explained each piece of gold /silver and gave me a very competitive price which I accepted .This was given to me in cash at same visit.After I purchased a beautifully travel jewellery box served by Kerry who wrapped it beautifully and was helpful, pleasant and polite.Highly recommend
