   !!!!!ZERO!!!! My Partner paid for a Deep clean for my birthday. After booking it and paying a deposit. two cleaners came very friendly and chatty but did a shockingly awful job, 10 hours of work but nothing to show for it. payment had to be taken before they left so my partner paid and I inspected the house when I came home from work to find it no cleaner. He messaged Ann but the replies seemed very snappy and down right obnoxious. she has a horrible attitude problem which is shown even through the emails. she firstly offered our booking fee of £59 back which was an insult. She then offered 4 hours of work to be done "free of charge"... Another slimy reply considering we were probably owed 8 hours. She ignored our request of a higher refund because we wanted to go elsewhere so We agreed on the new cleaners at 1pm but the supervisor turned up at 12.30 whilst I was in the shower due to Ann and John's poor lack of communication not letting us know until 5 minutes before she arrived. The cleaning supervisor agreed the work was poor and asked us if they were in a rush and seemed unimpressed with the work. the new cleaners I can't fault them they turned up and worked hard non stop and when we walked in the room smelt clean and fresh. unfortunately due to the poor customer service I would advise people avoid them in case they have any problems good luck Geoff them resolved without feeling like you've been robbed. You might have our hard earned money but my goodness I've never come across such passive aggressive messages from a "professional business" DO BETTER! 0/10

   Orchard cleaners were amazing. Two cleaners did a deep clean of my 4 bedroom house and it was spotless. They worked extremely hard and cleaned it top to bottom, organising a few things as they cleaned which was a welcome bonus! I was thrilled with the quality of their work and can definitely recommend them.

   Do not use - our house didn’t pass inspection- end of tenancy following a clean. Was very suspicious I said 2 hours only and that missed cleaning some kitchen drawers despite the fact I asked cleaners to start in the kitchen. Very strange that apparently another half an hour would have got the drawers clean … also a company used by letting agents so clearly talk to each other - very expensive

   Ramona and Elena were OUTSTANDING! They worked so hard all day and didn’t stop for lunch. They are excellent cleaners and clearly take pride in their work. The house was gleaming after they had finished. When I walked into each room it was like someone had put the lights on. Everything was brighter. Friends even commented on what an excellent job they’d done. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars aren’t enough!

   Cannot recommend Orchard cleaning enough. I needed to get my house back up to standard after some long working weeks. They suggested Ramona and Elena who were amazing....worked so hard and so efficiently .They clarified everything with me before starting then became a whirlwind of activity and 5 hours later my house was sparkling Fantastic service and great VFM....thank you ☺️

   Hubby booked Orchard to clean the downstairs of the house as part of a surprise treat for my "big" birthday. All this was planned without my knowledge and took place whilst we spent the day out celebrating. I came back to a lovely, sparkling clean house. As well as the obvious polish, hoover and floor mop, they even cleaned inside the kitchen cupboards/drawers. It was a lovely surprise and the team did a super job. I would highly recommend them whether you just need a one-off clean, or something more regular.
