I am with the company since March 2022 and I am very happy to be there. I find the atmosphere in the office very friendly and all my colleagues and managers are very nice and kind people.
I have worked for this company for 11+ years. I enjoy my role within LCS and working with my colleagues and managers. The majority of the managers (both past and present) are good experienced people and the owners are honest and friendly. Just like anywhere there are good days and sometimes not so good days, but, they must be doing something right as i'm still here and willing to continue my employment with LCS.
Not only have they done a great job with our on site cleaning but we have also been impressed with the affability and professionalism of the staff! A company i would certainly recommend!
I used to work here ( well leaving ) and the company was horrible to me and didnβt treat me very good , (other people were leaving because of this ) and pay was so bad I was getting paid differently and the other person who was working with me was getting more than me even though we done the same hours so I would like all that money back
Very good place to work. Decent pay, decent hours canβt complain. Gemma has always been happy to help me if I had a problem all id have to do is call her up and she would help me within a few hours. I have had a bit of time off due to grievances and Gemma has been very supportive towards me throughout that
My company, Nicel Precision recently had one of our units refurbished, this had an enormous amount of building work. This resulted in a large amount of debris & mess that needed professionally cleaning. We called on the services of LCS who were very professional & extremely face with their quotation. They followed up with the work almost immediately. The cleaning services were carried out out of our normal working hours so they didn't inconvience us in any way. I would recommend using The company as they were very reliable & economically fair.
I have used LCS on two/three times and have been very happy with the service I received. Turned up on time, well trained staff and did an excellent job and were really good value. Would highly recommend.
