We have had 2 visits from Aaron to shampoo carpets in the living room and hall and to remove bad stains, mostly tea. We have been very pleased with the results on both occasions.
Aaron was very professional and punctual. He cleaned all our carpets and lifted a few tricky stains and left the house looking great. He even managed to clean our incredibly steep and narrow stairs. Very reasonably priced and was happy to work around other tradesmen we had in the property. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a carpet refresh or deep clean.
I have just had my cream carpet cleaned by Aaron from CleanPro UK.I was shocked at just how dirty it was. It’s not been done for a while and I have a dog. I am amazed at how clean Aaron has been able to get it. Aaron is warm and friendly but professional. This is a proper carpet cleaning company. I first contacted Aaron a long while before I was due to move in to get a quote, Aaron was happy to give a quote based on my description of how much carpet there is in the house. He also explained to me his process in details. Upon seeing the pictures, he lowered the quote (This reflects his honesty!), because of this, I didn’t even bother doing the standard thing where you get 3 quotes and go with the cheapest. I don’t know if Aaron is the cheapest or more expensive than others, but for me, I like to work with people who are approachable and honest. The day before the appointment, Aaron confirmed the appointment with me and on the day, he kept me posted when he was on his way. It took Aaron about 2.5 hours to clean 4 rooms + landing + stairs and the result was very very very good. After we moved in, we found a few spots on the carpets, so I contacted Aaron to ask if there are other ways to remove them. Note: Not all stains and spots can be removed completely. Aaron asked to see some pics and swiftly agreed to come back to clean again. This wasn’t what I expected, I only asked to see if there are chemicals he could recommend. Aaron retuned to the property, cleaned the spots again and told me sometimes, very deep stains require multiple application of chemicals and if the spots were to return when the carpet is dried, he would be happy to come back again to clean. I won’t take advantage of his good nature because I am realistic to know some stains are just stubborn and impossible to remove. Also, I haven’t bother checking now the furnitures are in place. We were having the chimney on our roof rebuilt and although we have a wood burning stove with a closed door we were astonished that a whole load of soot came down onto the carpet. We vacuumed up the bulk of it and tried to get the stain out with some carpet cleaner, but there was still a horrible stain. I called Aaron in the morning and he came round that afternoon to have a look. He came to clean it the following week, didn't take long and it looks amazing. An absolutely brilliant job.

Have previously cleaned my own carpets but carpet cleaner gave up the ghost. Now I am living in a bungalow there is limited space to store a big machine. Found Cleanprouk.co.uk online, happy with the job and the price. Will recommend.
I found Aaron around 3 years ago and have been using his services in our 3-bedroom home ever since. We have a cat so things get a bit messy, but nothing stands against Aaron's skill - all stains and dirty cat pathways behind sofas are gone. He is so nice and professional, really reasonably priced, and always on time (or early!). I have recommended him to all my local friends and could not praise him enough.
