We had an urgent need to have some carpets cleaned and Rob very kindly fitted us in between other sessions. As always, he was very professional and the job was outstanding. One area in particular where there was a fairly large stain now looks immaculate.
After a period of having some building and gardening work done, our lounge and dining room carpet was looking a sorry state (I was embarrassed to have visitors) and was seriously thinking of getting a new one - but knew that would come with a complete redecoration ;-). All stains gone, pile has been bought up and honestly, it looks like a new carpet. We only had to take minimal furniture out which was great as Rob had sliders for the heavier stuff like the sofa.
