Took my daughter in to have her ears pierced today. We were helped by Alison who was incredibly patient and reassuring. She checked throughout to make sure my daughter was happy and we never felt any pressure to go through with it if she changed her mind. They are both straight, level, and appropriate for the size of her ear. Everything was very clean and tucked away from other customers. By the end I left with a very happy little girl who loved her new earrings and is proudly showing everyone her certificate.

The guy I spoke with was condensing. Kept saying my love on the phone and rude although he had my name he said to a colleague this woman wants to know. This is the first time I have been treated like this. The other staff have always been helpful when I have been buying jewellery. The call was about a repair.I hope that the next time I chase it up the service is better
High street jewellery store that has really good January sales for something of good value and friendly staff. Also offers a ring repair and cleaning jewellery service for ring resizing and/or repairs.
Unfortunately my partner chose H. SAMUEL to resize her engagement ring & it is now 5 weeks overdue with no explanation & customer service are no help whatsoever. I'd recommend using another jewellers.
Thank you for saving my bacon. I found out that the ring I purchased was too big as I've lost weight for my wedding. They exchanged it for the right size with no questions asked. Really great customer service, will definently purchase from here again.
