   The whole service at steffans is exceptional, from the friendly welcome through to coming to collect my purchase. A big shout out to Josh L for helping me find the perfect engagement ring for my partner. He took the time to listen to all of my criteria and allowed me to view a multitude of rings which personalised the whole experience. Josh has a professional, friendly and welcoming approach to customer care and even went to the extent of offering me drinks whilst answering all of my queries. Josh took the time to explain various features of rings across the price ranges, types of stones and the quality of stones and demonstrated a good level of knowledge to aid in my decision. Josh is an asset to the steffans team and would recommend steffans (and Josh) for any future jewellery purchases. Thank you!!

   I simply cannot fault the experience or the quality of product! As a very nervous man buying jewellery for the first time, Serena was on hand from day one. She instantly made me feel very comfortable and assured me with all my queries along the way. She was very accommodating with appointments between Northampton and Market Harborough, even popping in on her day off to see me! Testament to her commitment. I will be looking to use Steffens for any future jewellery, and so will my now-wife-to-be!

   I just want to say Amanda and the team at Steffans go above and beyond and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Many businesses don't seem to care as much about customer service nowadays, Steffans is an exception. They moved heaven and earth for me after I ordered the wrong engagement ring, but nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot emphasise my gratitude enough.    We went in to buy wedding bands. Emma was so helpful, so personable and really took the time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. It didn’t feel “salesy”, we felt well informed throughout the process. The complimentary extras were so well received. As a lesbian couple we didn’t feel pigeon holed and the service was excellent.
