Outstanding company with outstanding results. Highly recommended. Our roof was in need of a full moss removal. The initial communication with Ian was first class and quote was received within a few hours of the initial enquiry - very reasonable compared to competitors. A team of 4 arrived on time as agreed and the results were very impressive. A couple of issues were found with the roof and a no commitment quote was provided for free - again very reasonable compared to other companies. Sammy was outstanding and did the repairs within a day to an excellent standard. After they left I noticed one cracked roof tile had not been replaced. Without hesitation, Ian arranged a free revisit and the job was completed within 20 mins. Moreso, Ian and the team were excellent - all very knowledgeable, polite and hard workers. I would highly recommend to friends and family and would definitely use again.
The team at Geyserclean did an amazing job steam cleaning our roof over 2 days. The results are fantastic, see the before and after pics. James and staff turned up before the arranged time and set to work. He was so caring helping us to inform next door and cleaning the back door first to avoid affecting school run. Job done...thoroughly, swiftly, professionally, and for a very fair price. I recently moved into a new home, and not only was the roof covered in moss it was clogging up the gutters too. Very bad for water drainage. It had to be cleaned, but I had no idea who to turn to. Fortunately the good reviews for Geyserclean lead me to book their services. Even though the earliest availability was several weeks away it was reassuring to know that lots of other people needed their help, so it would be worth waiting. It was. When I booked, Ian provided an estimated time of arrival, but on the day the chaps arrived over half an hour earlier than planned, as rain was forecast to arrive just a few hours later. Because rain could potentially affect the effectiveness of the algae treatment, and therefore the quality of their work, I'm impressed they wanted to get started early. Not only was years of moss scraped off, treatment applied and gutters and fascias cleaned, they summarized the state of the guttering and tiles, very useful feedback. Photos taken from the scaffolding were happily shared with me showing the before and after. The chaps also minimized the amount of mess created in the garden by putting down ground sheets and swept up afterwards too. Geyserclean really were excellent, as they are committed to doing a good job for you. They deserve the good reviews they are receiving.
