   UPDATE: I DONE A CHARGE BACK WITH MY BANK AND PROVIDED EVIDENCE THAT THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY DID NOT HONOUR THERE AGREEMENT. THEY SENT ME A THREATENING EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL GET THEIR LEGAL TEAM TO TAKE THIS TO COURT AND SUE ME FOR DEFAMATION. PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL AND I HAVE RAISED THIS WITH THE CITIZENS ADVICE BEAREAU AND THEY HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE TRADING STANDARDS. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DID NOT WANT TO EVEN HAVE A DIALOGUE WITH ME WHEN THEY RE SCHEDULED TWICE AND STATED THAT I WAS HARRASING A DISABLED PERSON? DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS Don't doubt anyone's else's experience but from my experience absolutely awful company booked in for Tuesday the 15th originally and was sent an email saying due to the rain they cannot come out, bearing in mind it was not even that bad on Tuesday so gave this company the benefit of the doubt. They then re scheduled on Thursday for 2pm again I got an email saying due to heavy rain they cannot come out and to re schedule I live in Northampton and it's not even raining bad here to have a job cancelled. I tried to call from my contact number they have for me and no answer. Surprise surprise i rang from another phone number and guess what they answered I asked him to cancel the job and provide me with a refund and he said due to terms and conditions we cannot provide a refund? Is this even legal? But awful company that I went to judging by the reviews but this company has shown no customer service whatsoever. This is the text I sent him and then received back but clearly he has blocked me so how was this person going to rectify the issue I have? I was not harrasing anyone when I spoke to the guy he didn't even give me chance to ask him when his next availibilty was he cut the phone up. If he had said we can offer you these dates then I would've agreed as I said there's no clear line of communication and it's funny because this guy was clearly ignoring my calls and when I called from a different number he answered straight away awful service if you call that service! If they had answered my call initially I probably would've re scheduled.

   Thanks Matt and Cass for their fabulous job done on my windows . My windows are spotless clean now . Although there’s a slight delay due to traffic , they try their best to arrive ASAP . It was a good experience having Matt and Cass over , thank you guys !

   I contacted shining windows to book an internal and external window clean for a property that I was moving into. The previous tenants were smokers and the framework was excessively stained. Matthew had complications with the initial delivery of cleaning products and we rescheduled for another date and upon arriving Matthew completed a brilliant service removing a vast majority of the excessive staining from the frames, and has offered to come back to give them a second go. This are smoke stains over a very long period of time. The service was professional and Matt was very polite. Thank you.

   I originally found Shining Windows on google maps when I moved here and was looking for a new window cleaner, I read the reviews and thought to myself.. How does someone achieve such a high rating, consistently. I must try them out for myself! I have never looked back since, I am lucky to have had someone for so long, in fact its my longest relationship with a local company. Matt and Cass run a lovely tight ship, their business model is exemplary. I first used their service in 2019 and have been using them ever since due to the insane quality of cleaning, I will clarify: they transformed the green and mouldy window frames, cladding and conservatory into something that looked almost new. The clean was completed later than expected due to the weather being appalling at the time, rescheduled three times and not a problem. I placed an order and it was completed within two weeks of payment, it was November and they were still working... Amazing commitment to their business. I have my windows cleaned every other month, its easy to book and make payment online, I even get discount coupons every now and then which save me money on my yearly services i.e gutter clearance, which every house needs. Highly rated quality of service and the service providers Matt and Cass are so professional and importantly they're incredibly kind people. I can honourably recommend them just like the rest of the real reviews left for these people, they're amazing at what they do! Thank you so much!

   I DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm. Never fulfil the commitment. Having booked an paid for the service, he never turned up on time. Always ready with excuse. Very rude and unprofessional when it come to the conversation. Not received any single service and lost hard earn money. He always cancel the appointment and ask customer to read the term and condition and what sort of rights he have. Please avoid this firm.
