Great service! This is the second year in a row Pete has come out and cleaned our oven. He contacted me in good time, was flexible with the appointment and did a great job at a reasonable cost. Would happily recommend to anyone requiring an oven clean - happy to support a decent local business.

An excellent oven clean, my oven is spotless and sparkling. Nicky was prompt and she did a great job with minimal fuss.
Bit of a shame I have to post a negative review. The oven clean itself was okay however the man cleaning my oven accidentally snapped the rubber seal on my top oven. Without me knowing he attempted to superglue it. Realising he could not repair it he told me he had broken the seal. I was disappointed but accepted it was an accident. He assured me the replacement seal would only set me back 'a couple of quid' so I paid cash which went straight into his wallet, no receipt. I then went straight online to buy a new seal as I could not use my top oven without it. The new seal cost me £43.00 which was almost as much as the oven clean. I contacted the office and was told I had purchased an 'over priced seal' (this was an authentic Bosh seal which was identical to the one the operative had broken) and told to 'take it up with the operator myself'. No apology, no offer of a goodwill gesture. Unprofessional. I would not recommend and I would not use again.
I waited a month for my appointment and after waiting an hour and forty minutes for the rep to turn up, I phoned to be told that he couldn’t find my address and he had returned home and gone to another job and my oven couldn’t be cleaned after all. I enquired why he hadn’t contacted the office and they in turn could have called me and I could have given him directions, which one would have thought would be obvious to look at before attending the appointment. The woman in the office replied “I was out, so he couldn’t contact me“. Mobile phones come to mind. What an unprofessional bunch.
Don't go to any one else to get your oven sorted, Stony oven cleaners are the people to call. I have used them twice now for a proper clean of my oven and I will be using them again in the future as I really couldn't be happier with the results. Extremely reasonable pricing given the results they deliver are outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
