Luke has been cleaning my windows for a couple of years now. He provides a very professional reliable service. Always texts the night before to let you know he is coming. His work is excellent and he is very thorough, taking pride in his work.

I contacted Luke as I am new to the Milton Keynes area and I wanted my windows cleaned inside and out. I asked him to come and give me a quote. His response was that time is money and he doesn't want to spend time giving me a quote. Does he think I am stupid, or that I was born yesterday that i do not understand that time is money. He doesn't need to be so rude. How does he expect to do business if he cant do a simple quote.If he feels that his time is more important then jog on as you have just lost a potential customer. Arrogance doesn't bode well with me so I would rather find someone else. My time is also money Luke. Luke has responded to my initial review expressing his disappointment to learn that I was not happy with him.I explained to him why I was not home the first time he turned up. I was not expecting/demanding him to come out there and then as he was doing his parental duties, but he was rude and although i had rescheduled for the following day, I then thought about it, and I did not feel comfortable, hence why i text him a short while later and told him not to come. I don't like rude people. Telling a potential customer time is money, is in my opinion very rude and this is why i said if he feels his time is more important than getting customers, he should jog on, I can find another window cleaner, he isn't the only one in Milton Keynes. Time is money yes i agree, but I would never tell a potential customer that in such a rude way. It would have taken you maybe five minutes or less to give me a price, which you did not want to do so its okay. You enjoy your time.
