We love our regular cleaner that James has provided, she's so thorough and does a wonderful job. We've been using the company for about 8 months now and it's really made a positive difference for us.
Our experience with this company was generally very good. We had one cleaner in particular who went above and beyond her remit. She stayed with us for several years before she moved away. Unfortunately there was no-one available locally to replace her.
During the time James Foster's staff cleaned for us (about 12 years) we were very satisfied with their services. We had two cleaners in that time and the last has become a friend with whom I regularly meet up. During the pandemic we got used to doing our own cleaning so have not employed a cleaning service since then but, should we change our minds at any point, we'd most certainly go back to James Foster.
Unreliable. James Turned up late for appointment. Then said he would call the next day about a cleaner coming. Never did . I tried again on Thursday. Never responded. Only when I mentioned my bank he contacted asap. Avoid
James was very professional when I met him. Setup cleaning with him. But then found cleaner was late. Slow and the quality was not there. I would use again. But only if James could pit some key monitor in place to ensure his cleaners are offering higher standards
I’ve used James Foster for over 10 years and have recommended him several times to friends and family. He has always been extremely responsive and has provided excellent cleaners who have been with me for many years.
