   I've been using Fluff and Tumble for a while now, and I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone in and around the MK vicinity. Their complimentary pickup and delivery service is so convenient - it saves so much time and hassle, and just means you can get that giant laundry pile out of your sight ASAP! What really sets them apart is the care and attention they give to each garment. Unlike some places that lump everything into one wash, Fluff and Tumble actually follow the individual washing instructions, which is obviously key for delicate or specialty fabrics - especially when it's a more expensive piece or something you really don't want to get ruined! I always feel confident that my clothes are in safe hands, and they come back beautifully pressed and looking like new. They also offer great deals for larger loads, which is perfect when I’ve let the laundry pile up. Although Nick recommends more frequent collections to help keep things manageable - and avoid facing a giant bill all at once! The whole team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - they’ve even managed to get out some tough stains I thought were permanent. All in all, a really impressive service from a business that clearly cares about doing things properly. Thanks, Nick and the team, for taking my washing woes away!

   I searched online to see a reasonably cheaper dry cleaning and alterations provider and found this outlets pricing descent Had a bunch of clients for ironing and had a cricket white for alteration Handed everything off explaining what was required. The person at the reception told me everything would total upto £43 that is the ironing and alteration. Collected my items today and ended up paying £90. So firstly their website does not have the clrrect rates. Eg complete length hemming on their website says £15, in reality its £23, Size fitting on their website say £10, in reality it is £15. Plus to add to all this person who gave me the reciept said the total will be £43 and that is what was written on the reciept. When I confronted the receptionist and showed him the website and the reciept he said the website rates arent correct and what they are charging is what I have to pay. This is plain fraud and deceptive business. I urge firstly people dont trust what they say on their website or reciept because what their charges are, are what they will demand on the day. Feels like you are back in the oldern times where the shop keepers could charge whatever they like. secondly they are in a far off area so getting to them takes time so i would highly recommend DO NOT GO TO THEM, THEY ARE A FRAUD. I am never going to them again and will make sure no one I know off, goes to them. Feaudsters UPDATE: If your receptionist put my name incorrectly that is not my fault. Secondly there was only 1 item for alteration not two as you stated. The ticket I was provided was only for the alterations which were minor ones and this is what your receptionist said, it will be £43 for everything so this what the understanding was ironing of the clothes and the alterations That was not the case and despite me explaining this to your receptionist there was no solution offered. So I had to pay the amount. My review stands and as I said be honest in your dealings and make sure you communicate what is updated and accurate

   Excellent service and brilliantly cleaned jacket. I fell over and my jacket made from wool was caped in mud. It now looks like new. I would happily recommend Fluff and Tumble.
