   It's a shame as the job they do is ok. However, no professionalism at all and very rude. Had an abrupt and rude response when I asked them to not ring my doorbell as my baby was sleeping, I knew they were coming as they text the day before. Also annoyed the day after their service, I had a late ring at the door (again, disturbing my baby) chasing for money. I always pay by BACS and I wasn't over the 5 days they state I have time to pay it in. Please go on a Customer Service course!

   I can't give enough positive feedback for this company. From the prompt response to our initial enquiry to the competitive quote, everything was handled in a professional manner which led to a great customer experience. We particularly appreciated the ability to look at the before and after photos of our gutters which proved that the service was good value. Based on this, we are now utilising this company to clean our windows. Once again, this will save us money compared to our previous window cleaner.
