Carl has cleaned my carpets and sofas for a couple years now and also cleaned my parents. Hes very professional, friendly and knowledgeable helping us to care for our carpets in-between cleans. The results are always amazing and our carpets come up new looking and refreshed. Carl came highly recommended to us and can see why. Definitely recommend!

Carl was amazing right from when we first got in touch with him. He was responsive and flexible. His knowledge and most of all his honesty is what makes him stand out. Taking time to explain to us what he was doing and why. He did a brilliant job. It was a full house clean after moving in and he managed to remove 10 years worth of dirt and made the carpets look as good as new. There are many cowboys in induatriea such as cleaning. However, I assure you 100% that The Cleaning Chief is not one of them. Will definitely be back to use Carl in the future.
I can’t recommend this company enough. Carl was very quick to respond to my queries and made sure we had all the information we needed before the visit. He removed a sizeable vomit stain with no problems at all and left the rest of our carpets beautifully clean. They were even nice and fluffy in areas where it had been flattened down over time once he had finished! Will definitely be using him again when we next need our carpets cleaned.
Carl is an actual star!! Fabulous customer service from initial enquiry and throughout and the end result of our carpets was simply amazing! Very professional and friendly, even when a 5 minute downpour appeared out of nowhere and temporarily put a pause on progress. Highly recommended without a doubt!!!
