   I have employed a couple of cleaning ladies in the past but they were recommended by friends. This time I chose to use an agency and came across Purrrfect Home Cleaning online. From start to finish the service has been excellent. Kathy came to see me in the home to check things and run through the admin etc.She found an excellent cleaning lady, Edith. She is an experienced cleaner and is punctual, reliable and is an excellent communicator. A great service all round from Perfect Home Cleaning.

   Disappointed with Purrrfect Home Cleaning. During my meeting with the manager I've explained that I am happy to pay for an extra hour per week (2 bed, 3 hours per week) to make sure that the house is well cleaned. Furthermore I have asked for an experienced cleaner with a good attention to detail. The cleaner- pleasant lady they sent said that my house is clean already before she started cleaning yet unfortunately the work was not done to a acceptable standard, despite the fact I also informed her of my reasonable expectations (bin in a bathroom not changed, finger marks on a kitchen units) On a first day she left after 2 hours, yet 3 hours were booked. All this contributed for me to terminate this service. The manager then was not exactly 100% professional and not always replied to my messages regarding the return of the advance payment. I have now found a better and more cost effective service elsewhere.

Kathy goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, I simply don't have time to clean my home to a good standard so it's important I can find a good cleaner to do it for me.    We have used this company for about a year. Kathy came to meet me before we appointed a cleaner and listened to what I wanted. She really cares about her customers and no request is to big for her. She is careful with the cleaners that she selects, and you only get great people with her. She is very approachable and has always helped to arrange cover if s cleaner is on holiday. I couldn't recommend her highly enough: a really personal touch, and brilliant cleaners. We moved to the area a year ago, and having lived in London and Hertfordshire, this is by far the best cleaning agency we have ever had.

   Kathy has always been amazingly nice, helpful and understanding with us. We have had our cleaner for 3 years now and she's just amazing! On occasion she does fall ill like we all do and Kathy manages to find a replacement cleaner if we need one. Kathy came out to meet us and get an idea of how many hours a week we would need, this was so reassuring as we knew who we were dealing with and got a good idea of her knowledge in the area. It was a simple and quick set up. She also meets with her cleaners in their own homes before taking them on. We have two young kids and two animals, sometimes we are all home when our cleaner is, yet she's so understanding and always puts in her absolute best... it's an added bonus that she's great with children and animals! I would personally ignore the negative reviews as people are so quick to post when something hasn't gone their way. It looks to me as if some of these people haven't even used purrrfect home cleaning but just don't like that the company cant meet their requirements which isn't fair. You don't go to a childminder asking for 1 hour a week, no one will see it worth while surely and these cleaners are trying to make a living. It's a very honest 5 stars from the Moore family!
