I went into the NFU office in Wem today after dealing with another agency who were completely disappointing. What a pleasure it was after that, to meet with Dayton and Michael at the NFU office in Wem. Meeting face to face, especially when your situation is not totally straightforward with having moved from abroad, made the whole process so much easier. The level of professionalism, care and consideration was exceptional. They were very clearly knowledgeable about their products and what they could offer. Everything was explained in detail, so I totally understood what I was purchasing. Questions were answered very clearly. I left feeling confident in both NFU and the insurance decision I had made. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending NFU at all. Thank you Dayton and Michael you made what had been a pretty stressful situation disappear, I could not be more pleased.
