The staff at Myhomeclean were very helpful on helping me find a day and time suitable for our cleaning visits. First booking couldn’t have gone any better, the cleaner was polite, practical and went the extra mile to get on top of our cleaning needs. This company haven’t dbs checked their cleaners in years and don’t plan to according to Chris, neither do they hold any liability insurance themselves and when questioned Chris tried to counter act this with the comment that “any criminal could set up a cleaning company and no one would know” - which was a red flag response as a business owner myself, especially when questioning the safety of children in the property. I’m sure the service would have been good as per the reviews but it’s common sense to ensure you’re always protected in your own home against damage, loss etc and of course knowing the person entering your house has had the relevant up to date BASIC background checks ESPECIALLY with children in the property. Bad form MyHome clean.
I regularly use this service provider as they are competent, friendly and professional. Easy to change a booking if plans change, the person in charge of booking the cleans is great with communication and responsiveness. Cleaners always do a great job. Always keen to take my feedback. Would highly recommend.
Worst cleaners ever!!! Google should provide a negative star rating option as well to mark these kind of non professional people & businesses .Don’t fall trap for the fake positive reviews posted here. These might be posted by the fraud owner and his equally fraud team. This is not at all a professional cleaning company. Do not ever opt them for end of tenancy professional cleaning. This guy Christopher/chris initially will talk very nicely when he has to give you a quote and post cleaning when you see that the property is not at all cleaned then he stops responding to your calls, messages & email. He deducts his charges in advance and you loose your money post cleaning because the house is not cleaned and eventually the owner charges you again from the deposit. For cleaning a 2 bedroom end of tenancy house, he just sent 1 cleaner(a lady named Emma who was very rude) with no professional cleaning supplies or equipments. Most of the areas were left as it is. When we told him we are not satisfied at all with his services he stopped responding to our calls & emails. Attached are the post cleaning pics(I have many but attaching only few) which are a proof what kind of services they provide. STAY AWAY from these cleaners & avoid loosing your hard earned money.

I decided to try this service for a weekly clean of my home, I will definitely be using them going forwards. The cleaners were very professional and did a brilliant job. The company was also very professional and responsive. An all round great service, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a weekly cleaning service for their home!!!
