   I have used Craig services on several of my properties and found him to be reliable and hardworking. However, I recently contacted him to carry out a check in deep clean which was relatively urgent and I received no reply despite leaving several messages. I would be disappointed had Craig and his team not excelled in the past but nevertheless this left a poor impression. Would be good to know why the service slipped on this occasion?

   Craig and his team carry out many cleans for the Lettings agency I work for and we are always happy to recommend them. They do an amazing job, always happy to accommodate even at short notice, with a polite courteous manner. Many Landlords and Tenants alike have been really impressed with the cleans he has carried out along with our inventory clerk asking who we use which is compliment in itself. I would not hesitate in using Monkey Nuts personally in my own home and for any cleaning required within the business.
