   Despite paying double because they had a contract with my agency I had a very unpleasant unprofessional experience with the manager (owner) during a end of tenancy clean, first scheduling to clean in the evening and a day before the cleaning asking that I show up at 7am or they would not refund my money. Messaging me at 9:30pm to inform me and when I declined to speak through audio said he would not respond to me as I would prefer to keep things professional. I had moved out of the house and had to wake up around 5:30am because I didn't want to give them an excuse to have my 380 pounds for free. 20 minutes before 7am he rescheduled back to evening when i was already on route. The cleaning was fair but there was a lot of tiny crumpled paint stain that was classified as "builders stain on the floor" despite them being mostly as dust they said they only mop floors despite no carpet in the house. I was unaware I needed 2 types of cleaners for end of tenancy cleans. It was a very psychological challenging experience with these professional cleaners and the way I was spoke to seemed like the service was free. I hope no one ever has to go through this.
