   A plumbing emergency left me in a situation where I had gallons of water on my carpeted floor which was very quickly going to go stale, and mouldy. A quick call to Darren in the afternoon, and he managed to squeeze me in as an emergency as arrived within two hours! Despite being a rush job squeezed in, he was on time to his time estimate (which really is something which should not be taken for granted these days). He made quick work of sucking up all the water, and then set to work cleaning the area so that all that was left was a fresh smelling area of carpet which would be able to dry naturally over the next day or so. What a lifesaver! Thank you so much.
