   Have had LCG for last 2 years cleaning windows regularly. However haven't turned up for the last 3 months. Called twice left VM no call back. Eventually cancelled the cleans as found someone else. Then got a thumbs up reply via text. Clearly couldn't be bothered to come to the estate anymore as another 5 people have the same issue. If you don't want the custom then let the user know don't just ignore people!

   Had a quote to do windows, conservatory and gutters. Nick claimed he only quoted for the windows of the conservatory not the roof. That said, the gutters were just scooped out and sprayed mud/moss all over the conservatory roof making it worse than before. 1st floor rear and side windows were not done at all either. Discussed with him and just kept on about the conservatory roof that he hadn't quoted for that. SO we agreed that I will seek a better service else where.
