I called up for a last minute carpet clean, he was able to fit me in same day and I didn't know my carpet was actually that colour, excellent service.
We were about to buy a new sofa but decided to give a professional clean a go first. So happy we did as it scrubbed up really well and saved us a lot of money. Fab service, with friendly staff. Will definitely use again.

I don’t write reviews unless I am absolutely delighted OR when I am truly upset. Alex absolutely delighted me with the work he did cleaning the carpets. Ours is a house over 3 floors and Alex was meticulous in getting the carpets all smelling fresh and almost like they were fitted just the day before. He informed me what he was going to do and by when he would be hsve completed the job. He arrived promptly and left the place tidy. If you want someone who cares about the services he provides, then please ask Alex to give you a quote.
I arranged for a 3 piece suite and 3 hall rugs to be cleaned. On arrival I was advised as to what would the process was and I left the gentleman to it. I was a bit surprised as to how quickly the job was completed but I was assured that it was the correct amount of time and because I had never had this kind of service before I accepted that. When I went to look at was was done I was surprised as to how heavy wet everything was and immediately phoned for advice and was told to lay some towels on the furniture so that it could be used. The rugs were heavy wet and in fact took 3 days to dry. I was surprised as to how dirty the rugs looked and phoned to ask if he would come back and redo them, a time as made but the weather meant it was cancelled, a couple of fruitless calls later has meant that i have a 3 piece suite that doesnt look as though it has been done and rugs that look dirtier than before. An expensive lesson learned.
Andrew and his team recently did our office carpets and from the quoting stage to completion of the job, they were professional and very easy to deal with. We are very happy with the finish as well!
