Can highly recommend the service - super easy as you schedule a clean online and they will send a cleaner that’s available to your house. All of the cleaners I’ve had have been super friendly and have done a great job cleaning my flat! Been using for over a year now no problems.
I have had at least 5 different cleaners whilst I have been using this company over the last few months, mainly because my regular cleaner was ill or unavailable. My clean reminders are sent but they do not always turn up! Again today no one turned up. I phoned the owner, I have left several e mails & text messages during this last week but NO response what so ever. I have also phoned & text the cleaner NO response. I would not recommend this company to any one & am now looking for a reliable cleaner
I had previously left a 5* review, however, after my cleaner being off sick (I understand this happens) and I was not being offered a replacement person, something which we had agreed would happen at the start, if cleaner was ill due to me having a disability and unable to do housework myself and is therefore vitally important to me. I was however offered my same cleaner 5 days later, but that wasnt satisfactory. Also when I challenged the terms and conditions and asked why is it if I cancel within 24 hours I have to pay the full amount still, and if a cleaner cancels I have still paid for that clean and no replacement offered or any other benefit to me, my contract was then canceled 'as my needs are too stressful for her'. Such a shame, as initially we had built up a good relationship and the situation has left me in a stressful place where I now need to live in a dirty home until I can now find another cleaner and the one I had was so good and we got on well. Very disappointed.
