   I rely on Stagecoach buses to get to college every day, but lately the service has been extremely inconsistent. For example, I often see a scheduled board time of 8:20, only for it to change suddenly to 8:35 or later. These delays are frequent and unpredictable, making it difficult for me to arrive at college on time. They arrive late than their expectation to arrive on time or get cancelled… Unfortunately, my teachers hold me accountable for these late arrivals and thought I was making excuses, even though I have no control over the bus schedule. This has negatively impacted my attendance record and added unnecessary stress to my routine. I sincerely hope Stagecoach will take steps to improve the reliability of their services, especially during peak hours when students and workers depend on them most. This is unfair and really frustrating. I don’t want my academics to fall out so I hope Stagecoach bus drivers take their job seriously..

   Battled my fears of getting on a bus in my wheelchair, the driver was a delight. What wasn't a delight, however, was the obviously drunk, dirty man sat near me that stank to the heavens of stale urine and faeces!! I can still smell him on me 4 hours later, necessitating me getting a hot bath and washing all my clothes. You really ought to stop letting these types on the buses and be more considerate to other passengers!! Utterly disgusting!! Won't be getting back on a bus again in a hurry **vomit**

   Honestly if I had to use one word to describe Stagecoach in Hull it would be 'Garbage'. If I had the option to leave 0 stars I would have done it. Such a useless company, buses late all the time or don't show up and when you ask around about what's going on nobody has a clue. I think the best way I can put it is; fares go up, quality goes down. Sort it out.

   Number 2 bus almost crashed into me forced me onto the other side of the road to avoid. Driver so rude when asked what on earth was he doing. Reposted the issue had no reply so far. Even tho the bus has CCTV of everything. I will never be kind and let buses out ever again they think they literally can do what ever they want on the road just because there in a big vehicle which they don't own and have to pay for if they are involved in a accident

   I'm a regular Stagecoach bus user. On the whole it's a good service and the drivers are quite good. Occasionally a bus will be late or cancelled. My biggest complaint is, unlike many big cities, Hull uses a Sunday timetable and a reduced Sunday service on Bank Holidays when people want to be out and about or even getting to their place of work.

   Honestly the worlds worst bus service - especially the number 12 - a few years ago they were pretty good, but now they either, dont show up or get cancelled without any notice. I understand the difficulties and its not the drivers fault. wouldn't be shocked if the owners turned out to be runaway clowns from the circus. Sort it out! So many people use public transport and want to see it get better!

   Awful company! I fully understand there's currently a strike but why aren't you adhering to your revised timetable? I waited an hour an half today for either a 7 or 8 with a very impatient 6 year old and not one stagecoach bus went past. I ended up ringing my family to pick us up as my ice-cream was starting to melt. Just pay the drivers the wage they deserve so we can go back to normal, don't you think we've had enough upheaval the past 2 years!
