I have used Diamond cleaning for approx 7 months and can't fault the service they provide. My home is cleaned to a high level, the employees are always friendly & on time, and communication with the office is always quick & efficient. Having my home cleaned on a regular basis has reduced my stress & gives me more freedom.

We used Diamond for 18 months and had to pause cleaning when some building work started, we asked for them to start up our cleans again in August & we wanted a deep clean done after the build but they said it would have to be September due to the School holidays and we reluctantly agreed & did our build clean ourselves; we are now in November and still haven't heard a peep. Diamond are ok. Some staff are brilliant, others terrible & you have to clean again after them in the places they've missed and for the price of Diamond that's not something you expect to do. It becomes irritating when you (weekly) have to explain what needs doing where to new people. Unfortunately you don't get to keep an allocated cleaner or cleaning slot (something that I requested). Needless to say we've found a new cleaner now, someone who is their own business & comes at the same time every week & knows exactly what to do.
